FAQ

What is the heaviest object in Totally Safe Moon Project?
Steam’s hidden achievement I'm Your Biggest Fan says to pick up the heaviest object—a windmill. The achievement does not list where the windmill spawns.
Is there a golden bucket secret?
Expensive Thing only says Find the golden bucket. That is the only official location hint we have; Steam does not name a place on the map.
Can you pick up clouds?
Partially Cloudy requires picking up a cloud with your gravity gun. The Steam store description also lists clouds among stackable tower parts alongside fences, boxes, and houses.
What NPC interactions have achievements?
Steam lists picking up an NPC, attaching an NPC to a tree or bench, bringing an NPC above 200 m, and the hidden Christmas Tree achievement for attaching an NPC to a tree.
Do UFOs and satellites use the same objects?
Achievements treat them separately—I Want to Believe and Alien Invasion mention UFOs; the hidden Clear Sky achievement says take down a satellite. Steam does not say whether the same weapon works on both.

This page lists only props and events that Steam achievement text names. It is not a spawn map. When Valve’s wording stops at “find the golden bucket” or “score a basket,” we stop there too.

For unlock rates and the full 44-row list, see all achievements. When something will not lift, check gravity gun upgrades. For the laser delivery loop, use the walkthrough.

The Steam store pitch says you can stack fences, boxes, houses, and clouds with a gravity gun. That supports pickup achievements even though those specific words are not separate achievement titles.

Hazards and sky events

UFO I Want to Believe; Alien Invasion Destroy your first UFO; destroy 10 UFOs in total

Co-op throws and the anti-exploit gag

Stunt Achievement evidence What Steam’s condition says
Throw co-op player from height This Is Sparta! Throw your friend from above 125 meters
Repeat-build exploit I’m Smarter, I’m Better (hidden) Try to exploit the game by repeatedly building with the same few objects. (And get caught :) )

These need a tall tower and, for Sparta, another player in the session. See multiplayer co-op and tower building for session basics and stacking height.

Laser and garage (store story, not an achievement title)

The Steam about the game text says you build a laser in your garage and deliver it to the top to destroy the asteroid. That laser is part of the win condition but does not appear as its own achievement name in the 44 Steam entries. Step-by-step delivery belongs on the walkthrough.

What counts as a “secret” here?

Only Expensive Thing uses find language for a specific prop (the golden bucket). The five hidden Steam achievements (“Clear Sky”, “Christmas Tree”, “I’m Your Biggest Fan”, “Basketball”, and “I’m Smarter, I’m Better”) hide their descriptions in the client until unlock; their conditions still name satellites, trees, windmills, baskets, or repeat building. We do not add fan-map pins or extra “secret” items beyond that official wording.

Suggested first interactions on a new save

If you want easy achievement progress without spoilers:

  1. Pick up nearby props until Building Started fires, then lift an NPC for Living Blocks.
  2. Use a trampoline when you see one (Bounce).
  3. Turn on a boombox the first time you find one (Time to Dance).
  4. Expect the biggest props (houses, the windmill) to need a higher gravity gun level. Steam does not publish a weight table, so try the lift and upgrade if it fails.

For hidden names and rates, open all achievements when you are ready for spoilers.

What Steam still does not say

Achievement and store text do not document spawn coordinates for the golden bucket, basketball court, boombox, piano, Blessed Statue, or windmill; numeric great height thresholds; or how to destroy UFOs vs satellites. Those gaps stay empty until a verified source fills them.
